I have been part of the Freestyle team for 14 years and I try to be enthusiastic and motivating. I hope this comes across to everyone I meet!
I devote time and effort to making my classes the best they can be.
I am NVQ qualified and one of the most experienced and long standing instructors, and have taught in most of our sports centres across the North West.
You can find me teaching one of our hi energy aerobics classes across Wigan and St helens!!!
