This class is a 45 minute toning session. The structure of the session is more based around Legs, Bums and Core. Targeting the areas that we want to strengthen and work.
After a thorough warm up you will begin your strength and endurance phased routines. We create them to challenge your legs, core strength, paying great attention to your form and posture.
You will find lots of core strength and conditioning work at the latter end of the class. The session wraps up with a full stretch to release the muscles and help flush all that lactic acid that causes the ‘burn’ One to try if you don’t like Hi Impact!
