This class is a 30 minute booty session. You’ll need a hip resistance band for this class to help you hit those gluteal muscles and fire up those muscle fibers (Pick yours up from reception they are only £3.99)
Your class will begin with a great warmup to wake up those muscles that we will be aiming for in the class. Your class can be done without the band, as you progress you can step up your resistance and build as you go.
Your class has a spiky heart-rate profile which makes it a true interval session, while one set of muscles rest we target the others. Using the Resistance band with other muscles we really give you the opportunity to feel that burn
