From Miami to Ibiza……….to Queens Park!!! If you can’t find me spinning the decks with Guetta or the Swedish House Mafia (I wish) you’ll find me laying down some groovy tunes at Stef’s aeromix classes-and we really did use vinyl 15 years ago!!! Now a fully qualified ETM instructor, I have my own abs class at Queens. So if you want “abs of steel” you know where to come. I am honoured to be a part of the Freestyle family which, through Stef’s dedication and hard work, has gone from strength to strength and grown bigger and bigger. With Jude at the helm also they thoroughly deserve the success-lets take over the world!!
