The Core Strength Class

Abs & Spine is our 30 min core conditioning workout! The class consists of  a dynamic warmup that incorporates strength and flexibility at all levels.

You will be working your complete body through core exercises, strengthening using specific exercises that help you with your core strength, abdominal strength and the transversus strength (the deep muscle that acts like a corset that wraps round your front)

Class helps define, but more so strengthen and brace you, giving you more strength in everyday life to help protect, brace and also lengthen those tight muscles!
