The Weights Workout

Our PUMP30 training session is a condensed version of our PUMP45 class, it is for any body who wants a workout to challenge muscular strength and endurance.

This session is designed to hit the major muscle groups with some serious resistance training with lots of reps.

Your class is has specific components to challenge you with different tempos and reps to really hit the muscles.

This session will have you firing all your muscle fibers for a strengthening and metabolic conditioning class.
