G1OW is our GlowStick fitness party!

Its the only class around that feels like going to a RAVE. The class is set to 90s Dance Anthems set in a club lit venue with the most spectacular lighting display, booming sound system and welcoming atmosphere.

Our instructors deliver our new program so seamlessly you don’t feel at all like you are working out, simply dancing to the most amazing music.

Your class will be varied in content, but will always be easy to follow!
