This is a HI impact aerobic conditioning workout, consisting warm-up, aerobic & toning /core conditioning components.
The class is designed for a range of fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you work at your own level because we show both high and low intensity moves to ALL the routines.
Enthusiastic, motivating and inspiring instructors coupled with excellent current music will coach you to your goal fitness level. This class consists of carefully devised routines to challenge aerobic fitness, muscular strength, and overall core conditioning. It is just our Total Body Workout.
