Hey there i’m Darren, I have been on the freestyle Fitness team now for around a year, but have been taking part in classes for many years. Stef and i originally went to sessions together in the days of our study and engineering! I have recently gained my NVQ in Exercise to music and also my aquatic qualifications. You can also see me shaking my booty at on of our Freestyle Fitness Zumba® Classes! I can’t wait to pass on my enthusiasm for fitness on to you! So hope to see you at a session very soon! Darren :o)
