Abs and Back is our 30 min core conditioning workout! Its not just crunches and sit-ups! we look at the whole postural implications of core strength.
You will be working your complete body through core exercises, strengthening using specific exercises that help you with your back strength, abdominal strength and the transversus strength (the deep muscle that acts like a corset that wraps round your front)
Class helps define, but more so strengthen and brace you, giving you more strength in everyday life to help protect and brace!
