You definately know me if you come to any of our Trafford based Aeromix classes, Im the quiet one at the back thats very shy! NOT! I have taken part in many fitness sessions over the years and have been a dedicated particioant thats really given me the passion to become a teacher. I have recently studied for my NVQ in exercise to music, so you’ll see me soon at a class with a big smile on my face passing some of my energy on to you!
