I joined Freestyle about 15 years ago and after a short break I have come back. You’ll usually find me at the Trafford classes. I am NVQ qualified
I’ve always been in to fitness but I absolutely love Freestyle classes and what better way to exercise than with great music and atmosphere
I spend a lot of my time enjoying my interests which includes fitness with a variety of different types of classes including boxing, and circuits and I enjoy driving my sports car beep beep
