Our New HIIT class is for those of you who want results FAST

This class is a high intensity interval training workout – if you put the effort in – you will definitely see the results quickly!

The session is only 30 minutes in length so its a quick high level blast of compound exercises designed to use all your muscles, get your blood pumping and your heart rate beating to the max.

You should aim to be working at 90% maximum effort in this session to feel the benefits of the energy system we are targeting – so you get the post exercise FAT BURN!
