A water aerobic workout, done in the pool; h2o is another one of our Total Body Workouts. It consist of an extended warm up, aerobic section, toning exercises & aqua circuit.
The toning section of the class can include aqua weights, woggles & mitts making things just that little bit harder. The choice is yours!
The strength of this workout is that you are buoyant in the water, so its great for anyone that wants the workout but without the impact of working on land.
The water provides resistance to get you stronger, pushes you to work against the waves! A good starter workout that’s fun and by no means easy!
