Our Bike set-up session gives you an overview of how to get yourself and your bike ready for class.
We show you how to set your seat height, get the handle bars right for your ride and all the little things needed to get you ready for a good journey in the saddle.
we take you through a gentle warmup and then coach you so you feel all the different types of resistance levels. We show you what a cruising pace should feel like, then take you into a jog, run and sprint, followed by a slow steady hill climb right to the top!
Your session will end with a stretch aimed at all the major muscles we use in a group cycling class.
Overall this is your time to ask the instructor anything related to your session, they are there to help you on your way.
