The Group Cycling Workout

Our group cycling program takes great influences from actual outdoor cycling. You will be shown how to set up your bike once you get to the class. You will be shown that you simply cannot free-wheel on a bike. Your teacher will then start you on your journey!

We warming you up, then take you on a guided cycle! you’ll be sprinting short bursts, you’ll be doing hill climbs, and also a little recovery in between the intervals that our team of instructors put you through. This is not just a bike ride, its a journey that you take with your class mates and your instructor motivating and guiding you along your journey.
